1. Set Your Alarm: This may seem pretty basic but the best way to get moving is to get up at the same time everyday. Set your alarm 20 minutes before you should be getting up as a way to ease your body into the day. That mad dash rush is not working. Are we right?
2. Mediate: Another way to start your day is with a focus. When you wake up early, get up and sit on your yoga mat as you connect with yourself and tune out the world.
3. Exercise: Are you someone who is trying to figure out how and when to get your workouts in? One way that you can start is to workout early in the morning. This can be something simple as morning yoga or a 15-minute run.
4. Say a Mantra: Start your day on a positive note. One of our favorites is 'Progress, Not Perfection.'
5. Ease Up on the Caffeine: We know that this is harsh to hear, but one way to kick start your day should be to have less caffeine. Try a tea, smoothie, and healthy breakfast instead.
