Weekend Brunch Ideas Featured

Whoo hoo, it is almost the weekend. That means a little more leisure to your day. One aspect of the weekend that we love is spending time with family and friends over a hearty brunch. While we love going out to eat, we also love creating these meals at home. Here are some of our favorites:

 

1. Bagel Bar: Bagels are a morning staple. For brunch, create a fancy bagel bar complete with lox, cream cheese, tomatoes, capers, onions, and more for a delicious spread. 

2. Omelette Station: Another fun idea is to create your own omelette station complete with fixings like vegetables, cheese, peppers, and more for a personalized experience.

3. Cereal for All: Sometimes just cereal will do. Make it fun by offering several types including a mix of healthy favorites and those from your friends childhood.

4. Make a Frittata: Another egg option for your brunch is to make a frittata. Create one with veggies, potatoes, and cheese that we are sure will be a crowd-pleaser.

5. French toast: And then there are times when only carbs will do. For your brunch, offer french toast, waffles, and/or pancakes that can be made ahead of time and then warmed up when your guests arrive.

6. Beverages: Another staple of brunch is drinks! Make sure that you have coffee, tea, juice, mimosas and even a specialty cocktail.
